We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS), we cannot guarantee these delivery times. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to dispatch. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to arrive.

Where is my item coming from?
Most of WonderWaist's in-stock products are shipped from the US - Our US warehouse is based in CA.
Since we also ship to different countries, we've partnered with top manufacturers and distributors around the globe to ensure that only products of the highest quality standards are delivered to you in no time. For presale orders & international orders, you may receive the item from any of these warehouses.
Different warehouses mean that sometimes your order may come in different packages at different times, but that's about it. No worries, we'll keep you informed with tracking numbers of different packages.
> Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Why haven’t I received my order?
A. Your order has not been shipped. We recommend you check the status of the order in your Account. Go to: View orders --My orders.
B. Your order is in transit, and it is within the estimated delivery time, please wait, in most cases orders will arrive within the estimated time. If your order has not arrived and it is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
C. Your order may have been returned for the following reasons: -The courier attempted to deliver to you but could not find you to sign for the delivery. -The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete. -The package was rejected during customs clearance.
D. The item is lost in transit.
I did not receive my order, why is the tracking status showing as delivered?
Possible reasons include A. The delivery address is incorrect.
B. Someone else has signed for the parcel.
C. The parcel has arrived at your local post office and will be delivered in 1-2 business days.
COVID-19 Updates: Your parcels are still in safe hands, but please note that delivery times may fall outside of the normal standard.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We’ll happily allow returns & exchanges for items in their original condition when:
- The item must be unused, with all tags still attached.
- The item must be free of scents and marks and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item you received is incomplete or incorrect.
- Return the item within 30 days.( from the date you received it)
- Please do not return anything without letting us know first!

We cannot accept off-line return. Please email to our customer care team (firstname.lastname@example.org ) first. Please don't go straight to the warehouse.
Once your package is in our warehouse please allow up to 2 to 3 business days to process your return and exchange requests. We, of course, try to process it as quickly as possible.
Once we receive the returning item, we will inspect it and notify you immediately on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds sometimes take some time to be officially processed and appear on your account. For peace of mind, also contact your card issuer and inquire on the status of your refund.
You should definitely contact us if your credit card issuer says they don’t see any refund to process - we’ll definitely need to double check.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
